Dimitri Diakopoulos grew up around Providence, Rhode Island and later moved to the west coast to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts at CalArts. His current course of study encompasses a smattering of things – interface design, synthesis & DSP, sound design & interactive media. His current research interests revolve around the use of emerging technology and their applications to musical performance and production. His music ranges from the electronic to the classical, with an emphasis on producing quality work for film & interactive media. In addition to school, he freelances as a web developer and software engineer.
